Na het lezen van alle beoordelingen, baalde wij dat wij hier geboekt hadden. Maar annuleren was ook geen optie, dus besloten we er toch maar heen te gaan. En geloof me...beoordelingen zeggen niet altijd alles - wij lazen dat men op de kamer kon komen. Dit was niet mogelijk omdat je met een code binnen moet komen. -.wij lazen dat er schimmel was. Nou goed...dat was er wel een beetje, maar niet dat je je zelf er aan stoort. -wij lazen dat er moeilijk contact te maken was. Wij dachten dat we dagelijks schone handdoeken kregen. Dus een berichtje gedaan naar het hotel (online), en snel reactie terug, dat dat normaliter om de 3 dagen gebeurd. Maar als wij nu extra (Of schone handdoeken) wilden.was date geen probleem. Men reageert echt snel. Of wij hier nog eens terug komen? Ik denk het niet omdat wij normaal in een ander hotel slapen maar dit was nu niet mogelijk in verband renovatie. Of ik dit appartement van Renzzi zou aanraden....ja.
Great stay at Renzzi on the beach! The hotel is under new management and the team is doing an amazing job. Great customer service, and the apartment was very comfortable and sparkling clean! Great location, 3 blocks away from the beach. Totally recommended! And definitely coming back!
This was my second time staying at Renzzi On The Beach, and once again it was an excellent experience. The location is perfect — just steps from the beach and very close to stores and restaurants, which makes everything super convenient. The staff and atmosphere make the stay even more enjoyable. I will definitely be coming back again!
Excellent location in South Beach, with modern, very clean apartments featuring a fully equipped kitchen and good Wi-Fi. The staff is friendly and responsive. Note: there’s no on-site parking, and you’ll need to use stairs — but overall, it’s a great-value option near the beach.
Great room, clean and in a good location. Parking could get tricky if you have a car in busy season. Good service from the host too who is very receptive to Whatsapp messages.
